In line with ONEPIP’s FATCA/CRS declaration, ONEPIP does not deal with individuals who are United States citizens.
I hereby acknowledge that I have read and understood ONEPIP's Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy published on www.onepip.net. I am aware of the following:
The prevailing Terms and Conditions published on www.onepip.net shall apply during my account relationship tenure with ONEPIP.
i. The collection, use and disclosure of personal data of the relevant individual(s) of this account is used for the purposes described in ONEPIP's Privacy Policy.
ii. The consent given shall persist until request of withdrawal of such consent is submitted to ONEPIP in writing.
iii. To the best of my knowledge, the source of funds for transactions done through ONEPIP are not derived from any criminal activities (e.g. tax evasion, corruption, drug trafficking, etc.).
I understand that my account with ONEPIP may be terminated with immediate effect should any information provided herein be proven untrue. I fully understand that ONEPIP shall any time request for further information and additional official documents when necessary. I hereby agree to inform and provide ONEPIP with the latest official documents if any amendments have been made.
I undertake to indemnify and hold ONEPIP fully indemnified from and against any losses, costs (including solicitor and client costs on a full indemnity basis), charges, damages, claims, demands, actions, proceedings and all other liabilities of whatever nature and howsoever incurred or suffered by the Bank or which may be brought or preferred against the Bank as a result of ONEPIP agreeing to act on my said authorization.
根據壹萬點所給予的外國賬戶稅務和規法案 (“FATCA”) 和共同申報標準 (“CRS”) 聲明，壹萬點將不會與美國公民進行開戶程序。
本人確認已詳閱及同意遵守壹萬點所有的條款及細則及隱私保護條例。本人知悉壹萬點官網上 (www.onepip.net) 所公布的現行條款細則將適用於帳戶關系存續期間; 並且壹萬點在此開戶表格所收集到的個人信息將根據壹萬點其隱私條例中所陳述的目的披露與此賬號相關。本人同意給予的許可將會一直持續除非向壹萬點出書面的請求終止許可。在本人认知范围，所有通过壹萬點的交易資金來源並非源自任何犯罪活動（例如偷逃税款，贪污贿赂以及販毒等）。
本人理解若任何所提供的資料被證明不真實，壹萬點將有權利馬上關閉及終止此戶口的所有活動。本人完全理解壹萬點將在任何時候要求詳細的資料及額外所需的官方文件，本人將通知壹萬點個人资料的更新並願意提供所有最新修改的相關資料。
本人承諾将彌償並免除壹萬點承擔一切由本人授權委托的相關事務所導致的損失、罰款(包括全數法律費及客戶費)、費用、索賠、聲言、索討、議案、訴訟、法律責任等及其他由銀行匯款交易所導致的負債賠償。

ONEPIP (Hong Kong) Ltd (“ONEPIP”) is obliged to inform you of the following relating to RMB remittances into China via local agent channel (“RMB transactions”):
i. RMB transactions are executed via our licensed RMB Partners, which we have carefully selected to partner with.
ii. Our RMB Partners use their local agents to transfer RMB into your beneficiary account in China.
iii. Once the funds have been successfully deposited into the beneficiary account on the date of transaction, ONEPIP does not assume any liability including refunds or any compensation due to funds/account frozen.
iv. If your beneficiary account in China, and the funds therein are frozen, and you claim that it is a result of the funds sent by our RMB Partner, ONEPIP will try its best to assist you and/or your beneficiary, in the follow-up enquiries with our RMB Partner. We will require your cooperation to provide us with the necessary information and official supporting documents to assist us in our investigations.
v. ONEPIP shall not be held liable for the duration when the funds are not available to the bank account holder as this is beyond our control.
By selecting this option, I/we acknowledge and agree to the above disclaimer on RMB transactions.
壹萬點（香港）有限公司（簡稱“壹萬點”）有義務通知您我司通過其他匯款公司提供人民幣匯款服務的相關信息：
i. 壹萬點的人民幣匯款服務是通过我司详细審核后指定的合作夥伴所提供的。我司的合作夥伴同时也必须持有金錢服務經營者牌照。
ii. 壹萬點指定的合作夥伴可選用他們的中介匯款到您所指示的人民幣銀行帳號。
iii. 一旦人民幣成功匯款到您当日所指示收款人銀行帳戶後，壹萬點将不承担任何责任。
iv. 若您的收款人銀行帳戶與資金不幸被凍結，而您认为是與壹萬點指定的人民幣匯款夥伴所匯款的人民幣有關，壹萬點將盡全力協助您與/或您的收款人。請务必提供相關的資料和官方證明文件以协助我司進行跟進與查詢。
v. 如果款项或账号冻结而导致账户持有人期间无法正常运用资金，壹萬點将不承担任何责任。
我/我方在此认同與同意上述的人民幣匯款服免責聲明。
